PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
At the heart of the Emotional Regulation Program is the Neuroweather Dial—a resource specifically made for and with neurodivergent adults over the last decade.
The Neuroweather Dial (or Dial as we call it) helps you understand your nervous system no matter your nervous system state. With our one-of-a-kind Neuroweather Map, you will make a map that you can read so you are never caught out in a storm!
This program rejects the notion that neurodivergent adults need to be fixed or need treatment. Instead we believe that if you have the map of how your unique system works, you will be able to navigate this world that was not built for you in ways that work WITH your system not against it. You can use this program for any area of your life where your emotional regulation is stopping you from doing what you need to do. From your daily hygiene routines, to work, to relationships, your nervous system goes with you everywhere. Wouldn't it be nice to have a map?
