Sensory Processing for Neurodivergent Adults

Our one-of-a-kind Sensory Processing Program

Designed specifically for late-identified neurodivergent adults, this program isn't about prescribing how you should function -- it's about understanding your sensory systems and how they have been communicating with you throughout your life.

In this program, you'll create your own Sensory Manual and Sensory Recipes to help you navigate whatever life throws your way.

Grounded in neuroscience, this process works to release the deep-seated shame and guilt that may have accumulated over your lifetime, replacing them with new insights, regulation strategies, and  communication tools that support your unique sensory needs.

Emotional Regulation for Neurodivergent Adults

Learn how to Navigate Your Nervous System with the Neuroweather Dial!

Create your very own Neuroweather Map so you can understand and navigate any emotional weather you find yourself in. We are on a mission to remove the shame and guilt neurodivergent adults feel about the way their emotions work and replace it with an understanding and a plan. A visual program made by Occupational Therapists specifically for adults with Autism, ADHD, and cPTSD, this is the support you have been looking for and not finding.

Communicating at Work

Learn how to communicate your needs clearly and effectively and better understand the often complex social norms and dynamics in the workplace and beyond. This program focuses on making the invisible rules of social interactions visible, and while they may not make sense, we can at least understand them and navigate social interactions with less stress.

Daily Routines

Based on neurological research, this program provides an extensive guide to developing and implementing daily habits, creating SMART goals for sustainable change, and strategies for mitigating barriers to success in work-life balance so that those living with Neurodivergence can prioritize their needs and increase their capacity to maintain long-term employment.

Weekly Planning

The Time Management Program provides individuals with essential tools to create weekly schedules tailored towards sustainable long-term employment, helping them identify work/life balance requirements, prioritize tasks and commitments, and communicate effectively about time-related boundaries.

Career Exploration

This program provides individuals with mostly invisible disabilities the necessary knowledge and skills to identify their strengths and weaknesses, understand how their disability will impact them in the workplace, and select job goals and settings that will be supportive of long-term success.
